Our perceptions are based our emotions, past experiences and internal programming. This forms the foundation of the stories we tell ourselves.

It is important that we take a step back to examine our perceptions. Our perception is our reality. It all depends on how we look at" it"

What do you See?

Some Pointers:

1) How we see things, i.e. the lens we use could make a given situation positive or negative, more complete or lopsided

2) We may have a myopic view of something instead of a wide angled view, and hence miss out on several possibilities

3) Our incomplete knowledge or slanted view, could result in misunderstanding, and needless conflict

4) Our past personal experiences both good or bad, dictates how we experience a current situation.

So ultimately we do end up creating our own reality!
